Today we’d like to introduce you to Lawn and Ornamental Technician, Patryk Jablonski. He works magic on turf and plants and turns troubled lawns into green and healthy ones.

Patryk moved from Poland to Lehigh Acres with his family when he was 14 years old and is a proud graduate of Lehigh Senior High. After graduation, Patryk worked in a variety of fields, such as construction, hospitality, and landscaping before finding his niche in the pest control industry. Patryk joined Tempco in 2018 and has been an asset to our team ever since. With 7 years of pest control experience, Patryk has the know-how and can-do attitude to not only get the job done – but get it done right. He said, “Even though some yards are more challenging than others, it’s really rewarding to put the puzzle pieces together so I can restore lawns and make our customers happy – all while growing as a technician.”
Lawn Care Is Like A Puzzle
Patryk’s two pieces of advice are 1. Trust your technician and 2. Don’t overwater. He encourages clients to ask questions or share concerns so he can put their minds at ease. If clients are not home when he services their property or if something crops up between services, he asks them to contact the office with any concerns so he can take care of them right away. Patryk also stresses the importance of proper irrigation. While most Southwest Florida properties have irrigation systems in place, they often need repair and always need seasonal adjustments. “Proper irrigation is critical. While a lack of water can kill a lawn, so can overwatering. Over-saturated lawns often suffer from fungus and weed issues, too.”
When Patryk’s Not Working
When not making his customer’s lawns the greenest on the block, Patryk enjoys exploring the outdoors…kayaking, taking long hikes, camping, taking his truck on trails – you name it. He is also an animal enthusiast and has a wide array of pets including two dogs, a cat, a red foot tortoise, an iguana, a ball python, a corn snake and a mouse. He loves caring for his pets and plans to add several reptiles to his menagerie. A self-proclaimed homebody Patryk proudly purchased his first home three years ago and enjoys spending his free time there with his girlfriend of nearly eight years. Something people might not know about Patryk is that he is one of Tempco’s go-to parade participants. From the Edison Grand Parade of Light to the Swamp Cabbage Festival Parade, we can always count on Patryk to step up and represent Team Tempco with a smile. “It’s a fun way to get Tempco’s name out there and make a kid’s day when they see you dressed up as an insect superhero!”
Patryk believes in the importance of finding happiness in life, no matter what you do or what comes your way. When he was young, someone once told him to “find something you love doing and you won’t work a day in your life.” While Patryk said it took him a few years to accomplish this, he has finally done just that.
